     BCPF stands for: (1) British Columbians For Private Forests, or
(2) B-Cell Proliferation Factor, or
(3) Breast Cancer Prevention Fund... (BCPF IS NOT A CHARITY! They are not registered as a recognized federal charity.) Their operating practices smack of a scam organization soliciting anything they can get for any "good cause" and then move on to another location.
    You can find more information on this website under the number 619-374-7701. They seem to move around the country. This particular number (786) is in South Florida (Monroe and Miami-Dade Counties) which includes part of the Everglades National Park and the Florida Keys.

Keeps calling and when i called the number back they would not tell me who they where and why they had called me.

Announcing what time and day they called lets them know you are a live person and that someone is at the end of the line. A quick check to the call logs will confirm this and they may call you back. Don't assume they don't check these sites.

I answered the call and they said they were from the Breast Foundation.  I asked them to take my name off the list because I have no $.  I think if they were legit, they would have something to that affect on their caller id.  I know that they will call back.

Have gotten several calls from this number....have asked not to be called again (HA!).  Am on the national "no call" list but this group (BCPF on caller I.D.) just keeps calling.  Told lady again today that I have asked them not to call me, and she responded, "Your name and number will be removed immediatley."

random time/date calls most recents at 8:29 p.m.(E.S.T.) 10-24-2009 never leaves a message on a message machine.  Sounds like another SCAM !!!

Next Time you see the number on caller ID, answer the phone federal Goverment offices, how can I direct your call.

I got a call from this number and I looked them up on The Florida Division of Consumer Services.  They are a registered charity in Florida, although they are out of Everett, WA.

They don't leave messages.

This caller was asking for a donation for a woman who may not have enough money for a mammogram.
