Yes, of course it is a scam.  Do you really think the IRS would operate this way?  If you had done something wrong, you would be entitled to Due Process before anything else.  How could you take this seriously?

A call stating "An arrest warrant against your name and identity has been issued. Before the warrant goes to your state get back to us on......786 522 9203."it was a robo voice .

Told me they were IRS and had a warrant out for me!!!!

Thank you! I am a widow with a severe respiratory disability and when I heard this I çouldn't imagine what they would possibly want from me especially since I have filed my taxes for every year I have worked. They left me a recorded message that I thought was absolutely unprofessional of the IRS who rather just take my measly check and let me live on the street corner before resorting to imprisonment! Lol, I know I don't owe them a penny. They are just about the only people I am still good with. WHEEW! Thanks for being here to set everyone straight.
