Calls, doesn't leave message or respond when call is answered. Might be Spanish language caller since hanging up is common if such callers encounter someone speaking English answering phone.

Scammer, speaking heavily accented English (?Cuban Hispanic) from a robodialled list probably telemarketing a TV/phone bundle. Hangs up if a native English speaker answers in a businesslike manner, suggesting that the person is not an easy target.

I get a call several times a day from this number, and I've answered it once-no one was on the other end. It rings 5 times and then stops.

Caller ID "Miami, FL". Nobody responded and left no message.

CID read "unavailable". I don't answer calls I don't recognize. No message left. Number now blocked.

Caller was a foreign sounding man, 786-607-2876,
stating he was from Digital Partners.  I interrupted his "pitch" telling him I wasn't interested.  I googled Digital Partners which may be a legitimate business but I believe that this Caller was a scammer.
