Scam spam rock calls

Received several calls, I don’t answer any numbers I don’t recognize, they don’t leave messages, don’t know who it is, I’m sure it’s a scam of some sort

Called at work so I had to answer.  Some heavily accented man said he was calling from 'Gallop Polling' and wanted to talk to the boss.  I said 'no', he hung up.  A lot of other people talking in the background - an obvious call center.

They have been calling our company for quite a long time, looking for John Capriotti. There is nobody with that name here, so we don't know what they want from us?

Just received a call from this number. It was a female w/a very strong accent claiming to be from Gallop Polling. She said she wanted to ask questions on a variety of subjects. I could hear other calls being held in the background. I told her I don't answer polls & hung up.

Its not even 10:00 AM here and the scam calls have started Didn't answer don't have an answering machine so, I look to 800 notes for the best info
