Caller looking for "business owner or manager" regarding our move...

same experience as above, she kept changing her story as I asked why they needed information. Said it was to update the "annual development report", then that wanted to verify our address to make sure we got it, then proceeded to tell me it would be emailed.

CID = Toll Free.  This usually means it's a telemarketer, but I have to answer all calls to the company.  Sure enough, it was someone claiming to be from the State of Texas development board wanting to verify their records about our search for a new location.  We've been in the same spot for over 20 years, not even close to looking to move.  I didn't give them any information and hung up.
