This is an OVERSEAS, FACEBOOK CUSTOMER CARE CENTER SCAM!  The number IS NOT FACEBOOK CUSTOMER CARE!  The SCAM is to STEAL YOUR ID and GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER.  The two people I spoke to had a Heavy Indian Accent. When I told the first Rep I wanted to speak to a Manager, one got on the phone and identified himself as a "Super Manager".  After numerous questions, including why the "Super Manager" needed access to my computer to fix a Facebook problem when Amazon, eBay, PayPal, etc. fix all problems from their end, he said I was too suspicious, asked too many questions, cursed at me and told me to get off the phone and never call them again. REALLY!!!!

They are crooks.  They want to use GoToAssist and capture your computer.  They want your name, address, last 4 of your social security #, charge you $3.  But they of course want your credit card #.  Once they wanted to verify the last 4 of my SS# to "Verify" me, I hung up.  I also don't deal with their company Coinbase - when I googled them they had nothing to do with Facebook.   Unfortunately I got their # from the Facebook page as a customer service #.  Do not call 80-204-4491!  Do not install any of their software.
