So close to getting rid of our phone because of scammers like this!

They call several times a day

They call and don't leave a message. Guess do not call list doesn't work.

You can't win!  We are newly retired and these morons call at 7:00 am.  I use one of my 30 blocks from TWC and the just change one of the numbers and call again!

Office Depot or any office supply store have blockers that are around $40 that can block 1000 numbers.

I have had my cell phone for two years and I keep getting creep calls from everywhere. If you are not dying stop calling!

I have been getting calls from this number on my dedicated Fax line. CNAM shows as 800Service. My Fax line does not take messages and they have yet to respond by sending me a fax.

If this is Midland Credit Management as some have reported, they've already received over 500 complaints on the BBB site alone. Thousands more complaints are all over the web. In fact they have been fined for violating the TCPA several months ago here:

Well, no, it doesn't work - with scammers. Why would they obey it when they're already trying to rip people off?

These creeps called me at 8:50pm on Sunday night!  Isn't it illegal to call on Sunday night no matter what you are selling?  I never answer if I don't know who it is, so I just let it ring.  Of course they left no message.

I got several calls from this number and when i try to call back, I get put on hold with music playing in the background. The person in my voicemail's sounds like someone from another country (broken English). I think, they are a mortgage brokerage.

Did you send them a Cease and Desist letter via registered mail?  If you did, then you may have a case.
