This number called me at 9:40 then hung up when I answered it!

They know you'll answer the phone now since your number works. You can expect anything if you're answering mystery numbers. They may not trick you into giving out financial and personal information, or ransack your computer, but working numbers are as good as gold to telepests.

Called our office late last night -- Caller ID listed number and "800 Service". Pre-recorded message for credit card processing equipment and services.

Called at 9:56pm & hung up MFs

They left a recorded voice mail on our office number at 9:50 pm.  The message was missing the first part, but from what I could tell it was for replacing equipment of some sort.  Reading the comment above it must have been credit card processing equipment.

Called at 9:40pm. Blocked at 9:41pm.

Scammers , criminals and scofflaws do not obey the law.  The DNC is meant for law-abiding telemarketers.  People are prosecuted for violations of the DNC rules.

Message regarding updating credit card processing equipment. Message implies they are involved with your merchant account and you need to call back regarding your equipment. We don't return phone calls to companies whose sales pitch is misleading from the get-go.

call is from a obama certified health insurance  group from chicago
