The number in question (800)215-3521 is CUSTOMER LINKS, a telemarketing firms that is used by many companies and solicitors.  I've filled a complaint since I am registered with Do Not Call and I am still getting calls from the above number.  I would recommend that you do the same.

I keep getting calls from this number, 1-800-215-3521, and when I answer the phone. They hang up, couple times. I just reported them, since am registered with Do Not Call List for a a while, and even check every year. When you call that number, they say thanks for calling, CUSTOMER LINKS. To be removed from the list, press 1, then your number, it will take 24hrs to be removed from there list.

Cincinnati Bell uses this telemarketer, and they are obnoxious.  They call at least three times a week, usually during dinner, even after being told repeatedly I'm not interested in their internet service.  I am now making a point to be as rude as possible to them to deter them from calling back.  As a result of these calls, I am on the verge of cancelling Cincinnati Bell phone service in favor of the competing service offered by my local cable company.

Just got the call and no one answered!

Received a call from them at 7:05pm tonight.  Had previously received a call from them (several, according to my caller ID), and once told them I was not interested in the Cincinnati Bell product they were offering.  Tonight when I answered, I got a giggling noise and then the phone hung up.  I called back & put myself on their Do Not Call list.  Interestingly enough, their recorded message said I had to put myself on the FTC's DNC list myself-- which I did when the list first came out years ago.  I'll be reporting them.

Get these calls all the time and after saying several times, "Hello" they hang up without speaking.  Very annoying.  Once they said my last name and I said "Who's calling?" then they hung up.  If this is a telemarketer, they can't do a very good job if they don't speak!!!  I try and catch the caller ID and just don't answer if I see this number.

We have been getting these calls for some time now.  I saw on this posting that you can call the number back and get put on their do not call list.  I did this and look forward to NO MORE CALLS!!!!

We are getting this call also. No one answers when we pick up the phone and i tried calling back and got an automated service. I am on the national no call list and still get these calls.

I received another call this morning. This time I called the number back. It belongs to "Customer Link". A telemarketing company. They will let you remove your number from their list, but if you are on the "Do Not Call" list, how come they haven't removed me already? They must think they are above the law.
Notify your State Attorney General if they keep calling.
