This telephone number which is a toll-free number appears on the form that they sent to my home seems to be an a scam demanding money in the form of tax. Please be aware that you must ignore these letters. This is it’s a scam. On the top of the letter says tax processing unit internal processing service Los Angeles county public judgment records.

Got a letter about back taxes and house would be seized and to call this number

I received a letter telling me to call this number about unpaid taxes and a distraint warrant being placed on my property.  It was fairly convincing as I am working out some tax problems left by my late husband. So they obviously have access to some records. But my lawyer confirmed that it is a scam.
