Got a call didn't answer it but stated on my voice mail I owe money to them said I took a loan out and need to pay it back now or they will send me to court or and jail. I didn't take out a loan nor owe money to anyone.They said according to florida state law I will be punished..Fraud not true!

Didn't answer. Left no message. Ban and block.

today I received a recorded message from this phone number claiming the State of Connecticut has a claim against me using my social security number, made "several" attempts for me to respond (not true).  Bottom line the scammers are trying to sound official to peak your interest to return the call with the phony "claim number" blah blah blah.

called saying there gonna come to my job or sent me to court threathing  no paperwork just calls from different numbers

Stern ROBO voice told me a small claim was filed against me and that they had my SSN and would contact me further at work, if I did not respond. Stated a name (not mine) and also said it was acting on behalf of the State of CT.  Left on voicemail.

This number called and left a voicemail and case number saying legal action would be taken if I didn't call back to resolve.

called saying I owe money and a judgment will be filed if I dont pay.  Wouldnt give a name just 'Diane" wouldnt say who she worked for.  then hung up on me.

I received a call today from  1 900 215 4095. The guy said I owe a loan 450 dollars if I don't make a payment by Friday I will be arrested

Again today Wednesday dec 21 2016 I get this number on my voice saying that I have a court date at 2:00 pm if I don't show up I will be arrested 1 800 215 4095 say his name is Gary green

Got a call for someone else to my home with the same script as above saying to call 800.215.4095 and reference claim 362973. Glad to know it's a scam, I'll be having fun with these criminal lowlifes next time they call.

Threats of arrest are red flag #1 when it comes to scam debt collectors.

Someone I used to live with over 20 years ago got scam call message, saying my name and "litigation company" and a 6-digit case number beginning with 3, like the others above

Left a voice mail message.  There is a complaint against my name and social security number.  They did not indicate my name at all in the message or the company just that I needed to call the small claims court in California or they will serve me with papers.  Do not owe any money to a debt collector.  Also left a bogus six digit file number.

I received one of those calls today and they also called my husbands phone and left a message on his phone for my name. I looked up the number and it is not in English language whose number it is. Same threats.

The call is prerecorded message stating a lawsuit has been issued against  it's includes your state, mentioned your SS number  and some phoney claim number . SCAM DON'TANSWER  ANY QUESTIONS Don't Call Back

These people are scamming me with in true claims and have also got a hold of people in my family.

These people are most certainly frauds.  Cheap threats will get them no where.  People know you can't show up at their job, their home, have them arrested or put in jail over some stupid loan.  Get a real job losers! LOL

I received a call from this number claiming that I had been approved for financing on solar panels, I spoke with the user for a few minutes, fully aware that this could be a scam, playing dumb and asking questions in circles. At no point did I give any personal information to this fraudster, but within hours I received a call from my bank's fraud detection unit informing me of several fraudulent transactions. This could be a coincidence, but who knows.
