This number belongs to ISG aka Impartial Services Group. My 2001 Isuzu Rodeo was totaled recently because the rear passenger sway bar came away from the frame. It was unrepairable because of extensive rust on both sides of the frame and the gas tank. My guess is that this is a follow-up procedure; I didn't get to talk to the representative that called so that is all I have on this number for now. Hope that helps. My car was under a recall from Isuzu. They deal with recalls on automobiles.
