called my office and didn't leave a message.

I think this an agency collecting medical debts. I called them and they did not properly identify their business or their location.

That number is from the Financial Office for Good Samaritan.

Negative.  When they called me, their ID was University Hospitals, Cleveland Ohio.  We got an erroneous bill, dated 8/4/08, for a wrong date of medical service, details mailed on the 11th and called on the 19th to collect the same!

Received several calls from this number but can't identify the hospital that they say they are calling from.  Woman spoke very quickly and not clearly.  I listen to the message several times.

has left a message several times (sounds like a recorded message as message started in middle of sentence) stating he is from "advocacy personal liaisons" and has an important matter to discuss, to call back.  I have no outstanding overdue debts.

This was a call from a hospital attempting to collect a debt from a dead person.  Good luck with that!

The computer generated message  told me that my boa card was deactivated to press one to activate it with a rep.
I hung up.
My cards work fine.
