Unknown call at 9:40pm, left no message on answering machine. Another website listed this number as a telemarketer.

They didn'tt say their name but said I was liable for some fraud charges if I didn't upgrade something. It didn't say what, just call their 800 number.

Left a voicemail about avoiding out of pocket equipment charges and increased costs "per card" ????  Didn't specify who they were and it's obviously a very cryptic message meant to either scare or create curiosity enough to call.  I know this is scam because they called an old google voice number that I don't use and have never given out to anyone.

Transcripted by Google Voice: "Liability has now shifted to you the merchant if you haven't made the proper equipment changes or made the necessary updates, please call us at 800 259905 to Avoid high out of pocket equipment cost and a possible increase in rates charge per card again our number is 800-215-9905 agents are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.. To 5 p.m.. Central standard time. Thank you."

Seen this type before.  They call warning of "fraud liability" if you don't upgrade credit card equipment and/or software.  Seem to surface whenever terms of service are being updated by legit processors. If you are a small business, beware!  Call your processor at a known number. Their name is close enough to sound like it might be correct - "merchant services partners" .....NOT

If you are cold calling to sell services, you shouldn't be reluctant to provide verifiable business and caller information.  The only conclusion we can draw from people who don't is that you are dishonest scumbags.

This company called at 8:30 am on Sunday. I didn't wake up and get the call answered in time. Web searched to find out who it was that called. Obviously a waste of time and loss of sleep for nothing. Not happy at all with them.

Just left message liability, fraud, merchant service and equipment updating.
Total scam with scary tactics.

If you have concerns about your Merchant services account call YOUR provider on their identify number or talk to your Representative personally.  Not some no face voice with an unknown 800 number.

9:47pm on a Sunday night!  Some people have nothing better to do with there time than try to scam people!!

Calls on Sunday and never leaves a message. In my experience any one who calls when the business is closed is usually a telemarketer or scammer.

Scam caller attempting to get credit card or other financial information using cryptic messages while not identifying who they really are...because they aren't a legitimate business.  I have no credit card processing equipment.

Another scam: do not send your statement to them.

Called and hang up.

I answered the call with the name of my business and the call was disconnected. I did not hear any back ground noise, no boiler-room noise, not even a heavy breather.  Who called?   Let's see... 8:14 pm, an 800 number calling a business.  Gotta be a telemarketer/scam-type call.

They are calling everyone to let them know about the party and everyone is coming in there mouth

I usually just call them from any number and repeat verbatim the message they left. Until they put me on their rejected list :)

A call on the business line at 8:15 PM.  No message left.

They have called dozens of times.  Always a hang up with no one there
