I just got a call from this number.  When I said hello, a woman said, sorry wrong number.

Got a voicemail message from this number.  Woman stating she can lower my PECO bill and left a reference number.  Never called her back.

They call and say, "hey, sorry wrong number"

Same call here. If they know they are calling the wrong number, then don't, duh!

Left message can lower electric bill, said call 800-221-3845
I will not call

I didn't answer as it was an unfamiliar #, a very polite older woman left a message, about lowering my electric bill, she didn't say what provider I use, it isn't PECO but is in PA.  I erased It.  Probably trying to earn some $ in a boiler room operation.

Got a voice mail "This is Dorothy Chapman and I'm calling in regard to your Electric Account and I see here that due to the State Choice Program you are now eligible to receive a reduced rate on the generation charge starting on your following month's bill. Give me a call and have this reduction applied by the next billing cycle also be sure to have a copy of bill handy when you call. Call me at 800-221-3845, Your reference number is e-462-161" . (I called back and a guy named Brian - Agent # 9841 picks up. No company name mentioned.)

I got the exact same message in SC.

Received the same call with same exact message as "Concerned". Even the reference # was the same. Never called them back. I select my electric company from the PECO website. Just another scam call.

exactly the same as Concerned above. Everybody out to make a buck.  If it was a legit company they would use their company name.  No ID, deep six them ASAP.

Third-party energy scam, trying to trick people into switching their energy provider.

Identical phone message as Concerned. I did not call back. I'm a Duquesne Light Customer using an alternate generation supplier.

Got a call and when I picked up she said oh sorry wrong number.  This is kind of fishy since everyone they call they get the wrong niumber

Received the same message today and gave me the exact same reference number to use when I call back - have not intention of calling back

Got same thing, but I don't get a bill from PECO!  Never called her back either.

I just received a call from this number.  Woman just said sorry I called the wrong number, and hung up.
