    It is an AT&T, security pass required number so a call cannot be returned to it. It actually has a "1" prefix as in 1 1 800 223 0751.

    The only folks that are annoying people I may know from this number are those associated with student loans, and are doing it without cause and illegally. I have informed them an referred them to proper legal representation.
