    This number is a scam operation that gets info from tax liens recorded in states records.  I had a lien from California on my company, was paid off but started getting these letters.  Outside says Seizure Unit F-STOP 6 -B8.  Inside says, Notice of Intent to Levy Assets and Tax Seizure Unit.  Name on top from R.K. Williams with phone #800-231-9565.  Called it and they said I had to pay or will be a lien.  Pay what? Lien is released and documented in Sacramento CA.  I told them that, but they got abusive.  I have received at least a dozen more of these letters and they don't stop.  I have filed with the Federal Trade Commission ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
