Stupid unoptoutable robocalls from the gas company.  About government mandated things like fuel assistance etc. Stuff I am in no way interested.  They already send junk mail about these things, so these robocalls are totally unnecessary.

Stupid questions about if I could confirm discount in latest bills. In the first call the person called me by wrong name, in the second call asked if I lived at (wrong) address. when I started asking questions or saying I didn't have an account they hung up quickly. I don't have an account at National Grid but phoned them some days ago.

I got a call from this phone number on a Saturday. They recorded voice said I have to change my meters, and to call them Monday, because it is a law. I never got a written notice about any meter change. I searched online and found it was about privacy invading smart meters, which are not required, and it was optional.

But it was only a phone call. I wish I pressed record, but the message was too short to realize that I needed to record.

They are telling me false information in order to sell these new meters. The utility company will lie to you. Please beware.

I waited for the person on hold and I said yes and she hung up on me.I really think it is a scam.I also got a call about changing my meter.

Said it was national grid but hung up.Told me needed to change meter.

Call from National Grid reminding me that they are coming the following day to do the routine 7 year replacement of my gas meter.  Nothing wrong with getting that call.  Would be nice though that the Caller ID Identified them as National Grid and not as "Not Available."

Said I was behind on bill, I’m not and would be losing power in 30 minutes, I didn’t

recorded message said my power would be shut in 30 minutes! LOL I don't have national grid!

These are scam calls that are spoofing real National Grid numbers. It is NOT the utility company calling you. There is no law saying you need to replace your meters. And they cannot call and threaten to turn off your services. Just hang up/block the calls.
