Let the idiots Write you a Letter rather than calling they a have a valid complaint. I will have A T & T block every one of your Tel #'s when you call me. If A T & T can't stop them, then maybe A T & T will have one less customer!!!!!!!!!!!! All of this is a scam and a lot of this is being done by companies wanting to sell you tracers and will sign you up for one month, 6 months and of course 1 year. If the communication is important, then they need to validate that information in the form of a letter and mail it to your address in the form of a certified/registered letter. Let the vermin's soak in their own slime....................

They hit at 6:47 PM on September 25,2012. "Toll free call", of course. (Why couldn't it be a " troll free call" when it comes to these "grand, imperial pooh-bahs"?) Many thanks to  the heavens for 800notes! Thanks to the postings and the forums,I know now what to watch out for. And thanks to the heavens for Caller ID! If I see a name and/or number I don't recognize, I just don't answer the call.

Received calls today at 6:03, 7:03 and again at 8:04.  Have received calls from them for several weeks.  I refuse to answer the phone if it is an 800 number or one that I do not recognize.

I just got a call from this number. Caller ID said it was "Toll free Caller". I let it go to voice mail. When I retrieved the message, it said "Hello, this number was dialed in error. Goodbye." I think it was a real human being, trying to sound like a voice mail recording - but can't be certain.

Not sure what to make of this but at least found the message amusing, unlike other calls I've gotten.

It looks like these morons can get around the do not call list if they say they dialed your number in error. My suggestion is to switch to a VOIP phone service, where you can manage your account on line. Most of these services will offer a provision to block unwanted numbers (Ooma and Vonage are some of them) go online and block these numbers or in some cases block incoming calls from unwanted area codes. I did this and the frequency of calls dropped, every so often I have to re-block a new number these morons get.
