Bio Labs - SCAM! As a previous poster stated, bought a trial for some small amount, and account was hit for $79.32.

I got a charged $82.31 but i saw this coming after my wife PAID for a free sample. They usually put you on a newsletters monthly charge to justify there charges. Anyone get this fixed yet?

They got me too and I've been on hold for 30 minutes waiting on a supervisor. I bought a trail, my bank said file an affidavit against the fraugulent charges and that's all you can do. The company is DETOX CLEANSE, do not get a trail of this product.

I hope this helps. My friend just did this yesterday. She ordered the Acai product and then found out it's a scam. Her hubby went to www.myordersupport.com & clicked on Start Chat, get a hold of agent, type in you want to cancel order, they ask you for ONLY your name, email address (security) and zipcode. The agent pulls up your account info including exactly what you ordered. Tell them you want to cancel, They will try to sell you more products,just say no. They will no longer charge your account. She was issued 2 confirmation numbers. I told them to Print screen and print out a copy of this confirmation. BTW, www.myordersupport.com is a secured site. I hope this helps! Since it was within the 14 day trial period they are required to return her money by law.

it seems like a scam.i am trying to get there address so that i can write the better business bureau about them.

SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME. I CALLED AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINTUES.

I WILL BE DOING THE SAME. I ALSO GOT SCAMED AND I AM SO UPSET.I ORDERED THE ACADIBERRY AND THE COLON CLEANSE AND B-LABS ANOTHER COMPANY CHARGED 83.18 PLUSS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 3.95.

GOT SCAMMED AS WELL - 2 DIFFRENT CHARGES FOR THE SAME AMOUNT. HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD.  MY BANK IS WORKING ON A FRAUD CASE.  I ALSO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL BEFORE CHARGES (866-949-0138)GOT CANCELLATION NUMBER, THEN STILL CHARGED.  CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD ITEM WAS SHIPPED 2 WEEKS AGO SO THAT WAS THE CHARGE, ASKED WHY 2 CHARGES, TOLD I DON'T KNOW, VERY RUDE, FORIEGN ACCENT, TOTAL SCAM. EVEN CANCELED ONLINE AT MYORDERSUPPORT.COM.   IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NOTIFY BANK.

Hi I am writing to ask a question, I hope you can answer it and if so, as quickly as possible. YOu said you logged on to the support (www.myordersupport.com)and clicked on chat and someone did chat with you. I also did this because the message on the phone said you could do this, and didn't have to wait on the phone,the problem is I didn't see anything suggesting a chat, and I really need to talk to someone.

i have cancelled my order of acai berry (sample only)& was told thur phone that my order was cancelled. then this week i rcvd 2 samples. i kept on calling the numbers on the brochure, but i was never connected at all...then i realized it's really a bad bad really bad scam...i know they will charged my account, but i immediately changed my number...is there a way to retun the product & be reimbursed...please tell me...thansk..

Thank for the info on the acai berry because u truely cant reach these people on the phone.I think that somthing should be done about that.

I got hit ffor the same amount and I had called them the day I placed the order to cancel.When i saW THAT they were going to charge 82.31 each month I knew to cancel.I went on line and got person on live chat and they aren't making it easy to get your money back but I'm going to try.They told me to send the bottle back to 3007 Greene St Hollywood,Fl.33020  you need a RMA #     Put on there that you are sending it to the Returns Department

they have no problem taking this money out of your account immediatly, but they certainly don't want to give it back, i had refused it right from the post office and it was returned to sender. i am still waiting on a refund, i even got a cancellation code, still nothing. i can't stress enough do call your bank asap let them know( most already know about this company, my bank said they really like to drag the're feet but eventually you should get the money back.ask the bank to cancel your card immediatly and issue you a new one. also let them know you are suppose to recieve a refund, they will be on the look out for it and makes sure it gets back in your account, if you ever do recieve it . like i say i am still waiting, i was told from my bank it normally takes about 6 weeks, if you haven't heard anything contact your bank again, and i could never reach anyone about getting my money back either on hold forever then it hangs up on you! i would love to be able to start a class action suit on these scammers. best of luck to all of you!!!!!!!!!

I apparently ordered - by mistake - a sample of Acail Detox and
Life Clense.  Without any action on my part I apparently got tied up in a scam - where I will apparently be charged for this sample.
I have; however contacted my credit card compant to CANCEL this and any other charges.     ORDER # T 4106410246.

I had the same thing happen to me. Put on hold for 35 minutes and then hang-up. They never sent me an account reference number so I can't even get on line for the live chat. Class action lawsuit sounds great to me. They keep sending product and cahrging my card even though I asked the card to stop, they refuse. You are right, we'll have to close out this card and get a new one. The rep I spoke to in the dispute dept on my card said that ALL offers for TRIALS are scams and never to buy anything else over the internet unless you know the company, Dillards, Wal-mart, etc. If you persue the lawsuit I'm in.I'm keeping my product until I get a refund or this gets settled. I haven't even opened the box so they will have no excuse not to take it back.

well, I too, tried the free sample of the acai berry, and got slammed with  over 80. 00.   Got the ol run around with the phone cutting out, chat did'nt even work on line.  Finally got a person, and got my sub. cancelled.  Called my bank about it, and they said to check my acct. often cuz they still have my credit card no.  Might have to get a new acct.   Buyer beware.  I was given a RMA # to send back the bottles, even if they are empty, then I will get my refund.

STAY AWAY FROM ALL ACAI BERRY PRODUCTS ON LINE!!  SPEND THE MONEY AND GO TO GNC!  I purchased the Acai Boost! Ultra on 8-14-09.  Was supposed to receive product within 5-7 days.  Today is the 26th, no Acai Berry.  When I called 866-200-5582 got a BIG TIME RUN AROUND!!  No kidding, was passed thru 5 different people.  They pretend they can't hear you, bad connection.  Even if you call back.  Then they won't be able to find your account.  They will keep hanging up on you.  Don't waste your time with myordersupport.com.  It's a scam to!  I've already cancelled my card so they can't get me for anymore then the shipping fees.  Thank the Lord I figured this out before they hit me for the big money.  So how do we get a class action suit against this company?  Someone please advise!
