- NatashaI just check my account and found a charge for $46 by a place called "Tech Support_Ja" the transaction didn't go thru because it's an account I only use for specific items and I only keep like 10-15 bucks in there and so there wasn't enough funds for it to be taken out.. However I am still going to be calling my bank in the morning and reporting it and also cancel my card and get a new one just in case this is some reoccurring attempt at taking my money every month... Has anyone heard of this company before or even know what it's for or who they are?? I'm not stupid when it comes to computers but I'm definitely not the most savvy so any advice or suggestions on what could've happened would be greatly appreciated...

- BigA replies to Sheila WallaceSimple, someone used your card to purchase an answer and then you were automatically signed up for the monthly fee as per their Terms of Service. Everything else you need to know was already posted in this thread.
- Karin Gullberg| 1 replyOnce they asked for more money for "advice" regarding my dog's poisoning I declined. Some possible "Veterinarian" texted with advice and questions. I did not engage. Since then I have has 2 charges for the service they claim I signed up for. I did not. Called the number and talked to some poor guy that gives their spiel claiming if I gave my CC# I had given consent. WTH is that. Fraud and I will not rest until I get my money back as well as help others not have this happen.
Andy Kurtzig is the man behind the scam. Please twitter him, do whatever you can to stop and protect others. What a loser - BigA replies to Karin Gullberg
If this is the same site then yes, you did and it was clearly stated there.Quote:Since then I have has 2 charges for the service they claim I signed up for. I did not.

I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I SPOKE WITH A KATRINA WHO WOULDN'T COMPLY WITH MY REFUND REQUEST AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME.
- BigA replies to Shelly| 1 replyThen you admit that you used this service and didn't read any further then it only costs this much for a (you stopped there it seems). You are reporting them to the BBB? Then you really don't want your money back?

- Ella| 1 replyBeware of talking to them. I was charged 1$ for asking a question by text (no helpful answer), and a 37$ charge was posted to my bank account. It was very hard to convince them to cancel "membership" and get a refund.
