They are a collection service for UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco, based outside of Chicago, IL.  I'd guess they do collections for other medical groups too.

Got a call today from this number it was the collection dept for Memorial Medical Center in Springfield IL.

These are harassing individuals!

There like a collection agency. I have a lot of hospital bills. Who cares jajaja

They call but it is NEVER a person, it is alway a rob ot call. SWhen you call back, you never get to talk to a person. It is always a call back. The most maddening thing is tgey never say WHO they are other than "Patient Finicanial Services" I really think that they could at least ID what medical service they represent and that they are a collection agency rather than the so mild and warm Patient Fin. Services bs. The call reeks of being a scam call. The final thing is they ask yiou to make reference to their reference number but it is 10 digits(incl 1 dash that a different voice chimes in with) a it took me 4 times for me to get the number down correct (it is 5 times becausde I didn't have pencil handy on the first listen.

iCloud fraud scam. Told them that they will be reported to the Feds if they call again.

BTW: Excluding VPN's is bad publicity.

I answered thinking it was the business office of OHSU, who was supposed to call me back and no one answered as I repeatedly said "hello". I then googled the number and got this site. I'm really upset. I don't usually answer calls I don't recognize, but I honestly thought this was a call back.
