To the Customer Service Department at ChatGPT,

The scammer has created a contact named "ChatGPT" on WhatsApp and is providing incorrect answers to people. When I asked ChatGPT if you have any contacts on WhatsApp, it replied "no."

I kindly request that you take the necessary actions against this number and protect users from such types of fraud. I would appreciate it if you could guide me on any additional steps I should take or if more information is needed.

Mohammed, I'm not certain why you would think this is the ChatGPT customer support site.  It is not but the number 800-242-8478 (800-ChatGPT) is the PUBLISHED number for directly calling and receiving calls from ChatGPT.  You can read here:

In addition, ChatGPT's terms of service clearly states,

Please refrain from posting misinformation.  Your post has been reported as such.

ChatGPT has a verified account on WhatsApp (you can see what their account badge looks like in the article that Pudge linked to above).
If you feel that someone is impersonating ChatGPT on WhatsApp, instructions for how to report such a violation of ChatGPT's Intellectual Property are available here:

That is the proper channel to make your report!  Not at this site, which is not connected to ChatGPT or its parent company OpenAI, and is not monitored by that company.
Posting your complaints here is about as effective as stepping outside and yelling them into the wind.
