They constantly call day or night, holidays, weekends, during church, work, funerals, weddings, car wrecks, plane flights, operations and surgeries and ALL to find out that they are calling for Michael Gullete someone I've never heard of before now and if they do leave a message they either are automated for Michale Gullete or someone comes on and drags out a long drawn out message about how I should be calling them back so we can resolve this issue, but they don't at this point tell you who they are or what they are calling about or identify who they are calling for.  I am sick and tired of this company and their tactics.

We get the same message and sometimes they also ask for a Gail Johns. If you are not either of those persons they just hang up.

Theses people keep calling me asking for a rosario and i keep telling them that they have the wrong number and that i just got this number a few days ago but they keep calling.

Constantly get calls from this number day and night.  No message, no voice mail.  If this is 500 Fast Cash, these losers will harass you and harass you and harass you even though you have never contacted them, will never contact them and they HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER!

This company will not ever take you to court. Your risk of being sued over a payday loan is slim to none. Most Judges in this country are going to tell them to pound sand. 99.9% of the time they cannot prove you owe the money or they have already done something against the law before, during or after the loan process. Do not sweat these scumbags. They should all be put out of business!!

Same story here. Day, evening, night... never a message. I only found out whose number it was by doing a search.  If it's so darn vital that they speak to me ( at least I think it's to me? My phone after all) why not at least leave a call back message?  They'll call as early as 8:30 am (my time) and as late as 10pm.  According to the search they're in New York, and they'll call like 6 or more times a day. Annoying as heck.

I also paid them off a year ago - too much. In fact, I had to close my bank account because they took out $1500 over the amount owed and my bank wouldn't stop it. They still call my cell at least twice a day; they have stopped calling me at work because my employer told them it was harassment and since it's a government office, it's a federal offense. Most of the time I can't answer because I'm at work; when I do answer, I tell them I have written to the FTC and my state attorney general (which I did) and that I was advised that these calls are now considered harassment and a suit will follow. Last night I told them the next call will be met with either an air horn or very loud sports whistle - and I plan to use them. They were warned; it's not illegal. What they're doing is illegal. They are lowlife scums in a cubicle and all they do all day is take calls rotated to their phones. I have a Miami, OK., address for them, but I saw another post that said New York. I am having my number changed this week; unfortunately, someone who gets the old number may have to deal with their calls.
I have all my proof of payments and overpayment, too, plus Verizon bills of all their calls wanting even more money. I want them to take me to court too!

Got a call but no message.  Judging from other posts here, I'll just BLOCK all future calls and be done with this nuisance caller too!

This number has  been leaving threats messages saying if I dont pay them a certain amount of money they will arrest me.. so please be careful and aware of this number, its a frad just to get  your money..

Harassment

I received a payday loan with these people and I had every intention of paying them back until they sold my information to other companies and causd my bank account to get to go into the negative about 600 dollars and I only borrow 200 from them. a couple months ago I had a lady always calling me at work real ghetto cursing me out telling me she's going to show up at my jib and said she was goi.ng to bring the police with her those calls stopped for about a month and a half now I'm getting calls from 1 800 2478803 every morning around 8 o'clock and then maybe an hour to later I get calls from 20188 93951 or 20136 61026 it is becoming quite annoying
