I got a call from this number. It is 1-800-ALASKAAIR! No message left for me. Boohoohoo.

Alaska airlines called me twice, WTH

Alaska airlines phone notification of upgrade.

Alaska Airline reservation line/trunk.  Called, left a message about a change in booked flight times.  OK

Alaska Airlines customer service calling us back

Received call today with 'family last name' and reservation code. Message is your flight has been changed, press '1' to rebook. Number provided on display is Alaska Airlines reservation number. Needless to say, I did not press 1. I don't have any flights on Alaska Airlines.

If this number comes up on your phone and the caller is not from Alaska Airlines - it is a scam!!
The caller said he was from a visa/mastercard service company and was calling to lower my interest rates. THe caller knows enough information to make the call seem legit but dodges when challenged. He ignored the question when I asked for a call back number and hung up the call when I asked for a website address.

This is a total scam. Insisted they needed my full credit card number and zip code to let me know of changes to my flight reservation. Nope, nope, nope.
