This number keeps calling our home for someone that does not live here nor that we know.  It gives you another # to call to have your number removed, but it takes 24-72 hours to remove it.  Problem is, I did this last Tuesday too with the same number and it's been well over 24-72 hours on business days so I am annoyed that they called AGAIN.  Sounds like a collection agency to me.

This number keeps calling me, and I tell them that they have the wrong number.  They tell me that they don't believe me and demand my address to send me a bill for someone else.  [***] are working for this agencies.

The company is EOS CCA. They called several times in the past week looking for someone who doesn't live here. I asked them to remove my number from their calling list.

I'm pretty sure it's the EOS CCA Collection Agency. For some reason, somebody calling with this number called my parents' home, which is really odd because I haven't lived with them since Fall '04.  My folks said they were able to remove their phone number from the list because at the end of the call, the automated message mentioned a number to call if the person who they are trying to contact does not/no longer lives at that residence.  I called the 1-800-257-3140 number and talked to a Rep who asked for the account number that was left by the automated call. She said it was regarding a cancelled wireless account I used to have with at&t.  I was aware of it and setup a payment plan.

Automated call from this number first gave number to call to remove my number and said if I continue to listen, I acknowledged I was the person they were looking for; I am not.

The problem is the automated call would not release the call when I hung up and kept playing a long message through several attempts to hang up.

If you have a land line, try removing the wire from the phone. This is a hard disconnect and should drop the call.
If you have a cell, try turning the whole phone off (remove power) and not just hanging up.

Automated call asking for someone that does not live at this address.  Debt collections compay.  We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Calls at various times of the day which I consider harrassment. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!
I want to report them!!!!!!!!

Called Feb. 4, 2012.  Didn't answer.  Caller ID said "Toll Free Number, 800-257-3140."

Did leave message..."If your are NOT Kay Irvin, call this number ______ to say you're not Kay Irwin..."  RIGHT!

Please do not call at my home, I'm not that person you're looking for.

This debt collection agency has been harrasing mefor many weeks even though it is not even my name they are tryin g to locate. I have topld them repeatedly that no one by that name is here. The calls still come every day.

Keep calling my widowed mother for people that have never lived here. Elder abuse among other things.

You are 100% correct. The message said if you are not this person to call 855-220-2822. I was leery about calling that number so I called the actual number that I found on my caller id which was 1800-257-3140. An EOS CCA agent picked up. I gave him my numbers and he said they would take them off.

Donald Mitchell does not live at my telephone number.  Please stop calling.  I  will no longer answer 800 telephone calls as well as calls from people or companies unknown to me.

This numberalled me at 3:30 a.m. and last night at 9:30p.m. asking for the same guy that the called for weeks last year! I am mad as hell! It took weeks to resolve it and the nerve to call late and in the middle of the night!

This number called my house at 3:30 a.m. a collection agency. We have had issues with them in the past (same guy that we don't know). They called late last night and again in the middle of the night!
