Calls and letters to sell your timeshare

Keep receiving letters to sell my timeshare, I do not have a timeshare.
No company name on envelope or on the letter.
Letter states to call number 800-257-3192
Has the address of:
115 E. 57th St. 11th floor New York City, NY 10022

These idiots keep sending letters addressed to a person who hasn't lived at my address in almost 20 years.  Yup, TWENTY FREAKIN' YEARS!!!  Called them after blocking my phone info and told them to stop or I would be attaching the next letter to a 20 pound box and marking it "Return to Sender First Class COD" so they would be responsible for the mailing charges.  If everyone starts doing this maybe we can get them to stop sending this garbage to Canada.

Got the same letter from Winterfield Funding, but in Springfield, MO. Same phone number though. Letter addressed to my father, who has been dead for 10 years.

Letter from Winterfield Funding with Springfield, MO address as well - says we now qualify to permanently eliminate all future timeshare maintenance fees.  We do have some timeshares but not familiar with this company or the account reference number quoted.
