No clue who this is.  No reasonable search results.  Presumed spoofed number and a scam call.

Robot voice mail saying my Microsoft Windows service have expired by end of day. Call Microsoft at 800-257-4096 to renew subscription. I know it’s a scam. DO NOT CALL! Sadly I know people who fell for this scam.

Didn’t recognize this number so I let it go to VM.  Computerized female voice said my Microsoft services would expire at the end of the day.  Directed me to call 800-257-4096 to renew.  Obvious scam!  Why hasn’t our government shut these blood suckers down?  BLOCKED!

The government can't do much about these as they originate in a foreign country. There is a new standard that is suppose to be implemented by  the telephone companies to flag these but who knows how long they will take. It also wouldn't surprise me if they try to make it a pay for service.
