Received an unsolicited Fax pushing cheap healthcare (again!).  The opt out number is 866-793-7404.  This group is somehow linked to 800-383-1305/opt out 866-904-5974 and 888-680-2759/opt out 866-501-6097.  Even though the number are different, all of the information is the same (rates, coverage, etc.) and the date printed at the top right of the ad is the exact same format and font.  So even though I opted out in January, February, March, and April, they still faxed me each month anyway, just using different numbers.  I have filed a Form 1088A - Junk Fax Complaint with the FCC and suggest anyone who receives faxes from the people do the same.  Go to http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html to file online or to www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints_tcpa.html to get more information.  You can download the form and fax it 866-418-0232, or mail it: Federal Communications Commission; Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau; Consumer Complaints; 445 12th Street, SW; Washington, DC 20554; or call the FCC at 888-CALL-FCC (888-225-5322).
