Microsoft scammer

Got this on my Lap Top 5-20 pm a message read I got a virus on Lap Top, Microsoft won"t  call to get fix, Microsoft won"t call any one and won"t send message about virus.Got this in Feb 2016 also. 800-257-5927 wanted me to call them to get fix.I won"t.

Got a virus alert telling me that microsoft found a breach in my system that would compromise my personal information and told me not to shut my computer or reboot but to call.  Arrogant Indian man answered and when I asked who I was calling he thickened his accent so I couldn't understand him.  I immediately hung up. So tired of all these scams.

My Mom had gotten an error message on her computer with this number to call. It was an Indian man with thick accent who wanted to walk her through steps of removing the virus. I took the phone and asked his name "sattis", what company he was with, never got a direct answer, and where he was from. I hung up and he immediately called back. He was very pushy and unprofessional, so glad I was there to intervene for my parents. This is definitely a scam.
