I got a similar call stating to call customer service and then it gave me a reference number. The message said it was in regards to my child.  I called and got a company called "Radnet, Inc".  Didn't get any further thinking I must have written the number wrong.

some  POS company that calls with a message stating that they have an urgent message of a private personal nature for you. without any clues toward the type of message, name of company, or even the name of the person whom you should contact to retrieve this message, they finish with a 800 number and a reference number. what the [***] do these [***] think i am going to do? should i have called them back desperately shouting out my name, ss number and current passwords? [***] no! they must think that i live in a cave and rub sticks together for fire. thanks to a thing called the internet i can look these [***] up. it turns out they are a group called radnet, just as another user here had discovered and believed to be wrong. it also appears that they have many locations, one of which is in LA CA. its conveniently located at 1510 Cotner Avenue,Los Angeles, CA 90025.  instead of calling them back i think i will go in person to retrieve this message

Like the others above. Got a call, reference # for some reason, a 800 number to call and name of person to contact. The reverse # lookup link

Rad Net is a company that provides MRI/Xray services in various hospitals.  So, if you've ever had any sort of xrays, an MRI, or other diagnostic imaging and your insurance doesn't pay for everything, then expect to get a call for them looking for payment.  It's not a scam.  It's their customer service department attempting to get paid for services that were not paid by you/your insurance.

husband just had an MRI not covered by insurance, so I am sure they are calling to tell him how much we need to pay.  If they tell you who they are and why they are calling, you'd probably not call them back- I am classifiying them as "debt collector"

I have no business, nor have I ever had, with Radnet. Yet their automated call system calls EVERY DAY when I am out. They leave voice mail for a person whose name I do not know, saying she needs to call for an appointment. I called the number that was given, and the operator there checked their database and said they have no such number. Well then, why do they keep calling?? It's been my land line for 15 years. I asked her to "kick it upstairs" to the tech dept or SOMEBODY. Perhaps that person gave a fake number when she got services without paying for them, and I am the unlucky person who has that number.

LOL they must have seen my complaint,  because today I got TWO calls from them asking for the same (wrong) person. I called the number and this time the receptionist said, "We'll remove your number". I doubt it.
