THIS IS NOT A TELEMARKETER/ COLLECTOR
THIS IS A VALID CALL FROM PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH AVONEX MEDICATION.
I explained to the company that it needs to show who is calling, to prevent persons from seeing this as unwanted calls.

I received two calls which went to voice mail. Both voice mails lasted over 2 1/2 minutes as the person didn't realize he was being recorded. He was having conversations with people in the back ground and he was speaking Pakistan (maybe-guessing here) but it certainly wasn't english. I am American. I speak English as my primary language. I would appreciate it if those calling me on behalf of an American company (or claim to be) whom I purchase or receive product and service from, would speak English.
I don't go to other countries thinking they will convert to my english language. That would be insulting and rude. There are plenty of American citizens out of work who speak english; go to the department of labor and welfare and offer them jobs.
Disappointing.

This is Accredo, the Specialty Pharmacy for Express Scripts.  They most likely are calling to schedule your next delivery of medication (Avonex, Plegridy, Tecfidera, etc.).  It's a shame they don't leave a message!

To echo others, it is Accredo, a specialty pharmacy, reminding you that you need to refill your prescription/they're trying to schedule your (and my!) next shipment of medication. The problem is that they are relentless with the calls and rarely leave a message. This makes them seem like nagging and annoying telemarketers.
In summary: Legitimate business who needs to learn how to play well with the public.

You are correct. I just called the number back and they were just trying to set up delivery from my MS drug. Thank you for posting this as they were not leaving msgs and I wasn't answering because I didn't recognize number.

I answered the call to elevator music -- said hello twice, still had music. There was no person there, so I hung up the phone. Really if you are calling me, you should at least be there when I answer. WTH?
