This appears to be a collection agency for medical bills.  I received a call from them, but without an account number you can't get to a live body.

I got a message to call this number. I called and when I didn't have an account number to enter, I was directed to a customer rep.  This was the number to the Aurora medical center insurance center. They weren't a collection agency (I asked).  They work for the medical center and were looking to confirm additional insurance in order to process a claim.

I recieved a call from this number as well and the hospital neglected to update my address and sent all our bills to our old address.  3 1/2 months later I get this call and they figured out why they haven't recieved payment because all the paperwork you fill out when you have a child no one obiovously looks at so they didn't get there money yet!!!   But they are not a collection agency.

Number belongs to: NPAS (National Payment Account Services) - not technically a collection agency...however, they are an entity dealing with outstanding medical bills deemed as, "non-delinquent".
They called my mother-in-law (lives in Canada) looking for $495 as the bill for medical services (Gulf Coast Medical Center - Panama City, FL) they initially & previously sent to her medical insurance company went unanswered/unpaid.
