- Anonymous| 11 repliesGot a call from this number concerning a debt I knew nothing about. Ask for all the information such as cashed checks, or payment recipets, they would not offer it. Also asked for a copy of everything in writing through the mail, and would not do that. I ended up paying the amount, but I have not recieved anything as promised. I would watch out for this company, as they seem to not be following the rules!

- ERKThe CSR with whom I spoke took ten minutes and 15 go-arounds to comprehend that I needed to locate a "satellite" USPS office, as the main ones are too far away. I wound up sending my package via Fed Express/ Kinkos. I would have much preferred Priority Mail for the free protective boxes and the 70% reduction in price.

- GegeI have received 3 calls from this number. I just sent a package to my fiancee in the Army overseas, I see where some people wrote it was the post office. I called the number and it went to nothing. Each time they call and I answer, nothing is said, I say hello two three times and nothing happens. If this is the post office, I'm going to have a few choice words for this ridiculous unprofessional call.
Watch out for this number, I sent my package priority mail through the post office and each time I check on line is says its at the post office where I sent it 11 days ago. So I called the U.S post office and they said to check back in three days, it should have made it by then. If this was the post office, you would think that since I called them and spoke with a person, they would have told me if there was any problems.- Caller: Unknown

- MichaelaThis is the number for the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE! Look at usps.com, under CONTACT US!! I have my own gripes with the postal service...failure to deliver packages and I have no idea who to report them to besides themselves. Can't even use the BBB because the closest address provided is either Clarence, NY or Rochester, NY. Yet, we have a branch on Camp Rd. in Hamburg, NY. ARGH!! These "people" tick me off. They are so unprofessional that it's not even funny. I called on my package last night and had to spell out EVERYTHING for the one I talked to. All she could do was laugh and go "NY, NY, NY" (her words EXACTLY). Tried to tell me that they couldn't redeliver my package because of supposed attempted break ins of the mailboxes. Really? In an apartment complex? I told her don't BS someone with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and she shut up immediately and put her supervisor on. Hopefully, I will get my packages today, but I somehow doubt it.

- AnonymousMany calls from this number. Is there any resolution of this? I would like to complain.
- Danon Diggs-Reamreceiving calls from 1-800-275-8777. they identify themselves as Academic Degrees wanting to speak to my husband, very pushy about it. I asked what they wanted and they refused to tell me and asked to speak to him again. I asked a second time about who they were and they hung up.
- Caller: "Academic Degrees"
- 3 Hours 51 Minutes On HoldI was on hold 3 HOURS & 51 MINUTES before I finally hung up because I had to go to a doctor's appointment. I never reached anybody to ask about the missing package a customer bought from me online as a Christmas present, which as of today (12/23/2013) still has not arrived over 2 weeks after I shipped it and shows no tracking updates since the 11th.
Listening to that same "on hold" advertisement recording 462 times in a row nonstop, repeated every 30 seconds for nearly 4 hours straight may go down as one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life.
The last time I called (one week ago) about insurance for a different shipment that had been stolen I had to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes before I got someone who just told me to fill out a form online and offered no other help. Even with the holidays, the wait times are insane and the representatives are unhelpful. Hopefully you will never need to call this number.- Caller: USPS
