Keeps calling and hanging up.. twice today so far

Called my cell phone 4 times so far today and didn't leave a message any of those times. Is this considered harrasment?

JRW Sales - calling on behalf of the local newspaper. They don't leave messages but if you call the number back, a recorded message will tell you who they are.

Received a phone call but didn't answer and no message left... didn't want to call back in the chance they can track me calling back...

they called wanted  a credit card I wouldn't give them. one,so  they said they should send  the wheeling news paper and Bill me in couple of days,that wad over  a week ago ,lol most likely a scam ?

Caller ID just shows the number.  I didn't answer and no message was left.

Called at almost 9:00 pm trying to sell subscription to local Newspaper unreal!!

Answer phone and they hang up right in your ear.. not a robo call, real person because you can hear the person hanging up a real phone; not just a click. Why bother calling people, repeatedly, just to hang up on them when they answer?!

keeps calling me and hanging up after 5-10 seconds. Happened twice in last two days.

This number has called me many times.  They always hang up!  I blocked this number starting today, I will see what happens now.
