Got a call, said they were calling about my grandson???  He's 8 years old.  What could they possibly want?  Left no message other than to call them back.

I had no missed call, but got a message from "Ed Tilly" saying to call him back at this number with x4258.  He left no company name.  I called and got an automated message saying no one was available (weekend), once again with no company name.  Sounds fishy to me.

I also got a call from this number from a guy named "Ed Tilly".  He left my daughters full name on a voice-mail.  He's from the University of Kentucky billing department.

Ha!  Glad it's just UK.  Was worried it was the irs.  Uk wanted to settle with me for 27,000 on an accident, cash at discharge.  When I couldn't, it went to 63,000 and they garnished my wages 25% for two years until I lost my job.  Guy sounded rude, left no business name, etc.

he called me today left me a message to contact him... always a automated message when you call back but however the number that came on caller id was a cell phone number from Lexington Kentucky

This number has called twice and left a message after 5 pm asking for no person in particular to call back during their work hours of 8-4.  It just says it is a personal financial matter with University of Kentucky.  It is actually UK/ Good Samaritan Medical Center. When I returned the call they said I was not authorized to talk to them about the matter, it had to be my husband.  Okay?  Then I asked why do you call with an automated machine after your business hours and leave a message for no particular person asking us to call an unknown number.  Why don't you just call him during your business hours and ask to speak to him?  Crazy, horrible customer service!!!

Called after business hours.  Left no identity.  Claims to be UK, but no statement of who or what division.
If it is debt collector (likely base on above posts) it is wrongful behavior because UK billed Anthem about $750 for no services, leaving me with the "deductible."  I wrote a long careful letter of explanation that no services were rendered.
Instead of doing the right thing and repaying Anthem, they call me after business hours
leaving a creepy message.

My caller ID only said Toll-Free Caller, and the woman identified herself as Kay from UK.  She asked for birthdate and last 4 of social, which sent all my red flags up.  She said it was to make sure she was talking to the right person because of HIPAA and that it was an insurance matter.  I told her we had never been to UK and she said OK, Kentucky Clinic then (which I've never heard of).  I asked her what location and she acted confused.  She did NOT maintain a professional attitude, she got a little snippy when I told her she was asking me for a lot of information and giving me none.  She wanted to give me a number to call and I said no.  I finally hung up on her.

Message from “uk please call back...”. Nothing more.  Woman voice.  I know i went to good sam er a few months back and was told to go to chandler er because they didnt have any specialists to assist at good sam.  After they checked me in and apparently charged me 840$ for waiting 2 hours with horrible eye condition and could not open my eyes but made to sign a form of consent of paymeny of which i was told was a 200 er fee but would count as payment for the other er..  nope. Chandler charged me 3000$ for a numbing eyedrop and a reference to a “true specialist” which scheduled the first available emergenct appt for a month from that date...  3840$ to be told to wait a month innhorrible pain and wothout eyesight before we can get some dr to look at you.  Then it was 5000$ more for the “true specialist” to write me a prescription and send me on, which was 500$.   Guess im going to jail for it because 8840$ theyll never get outta my pocket. After firing me after 10 years of service for being 5 mins late..  uk = devil..
