This is a scam. They are not Intuit, Microsoft, AVG etc. They will ask for remote access to your computer and charge hundreds of dollars to "fix"  problems you don't have. They talk in techno babble about programs being turned off etc.

It must be a misunderstanding term of your. This organization is all About information and services, obviously there would be charges applied for it and rest about taking your computer on remote it is networking and process of solving system issues. A real time experience you have while being in remote for fixing your system issues and a informational part as well that if further in future you experience the same kind of issues, you will be able solve them out in moments.

    Hi John,

Why should I take word of a low caste thief?   Fecal matter like you, belong behind bars.  Go back to cleaning toilets at the train station, at least it is honest work.

Since you know so much about this "legitimate business", tell us the full business name and address.
You left that out on purpose, and that is why there is no misunderstanding on our part.
What you did not mention was :
why "this organization" is calling people who have never done business with it at all.
why "this organization" is telling people lies about the status of their computer.
why "this organization" is telling people lies that they are contracted with Microsoft, Intuit, or Apple to do remote repairs to peoples' computers.

As for your sales pitch, you left out "what we don't tell people is that we are looking for your bank account information so we can use it and pass it on to other criminals, and have installed keyloggers and spyware to get more personal information in the future."

The only "misunderstanding" here is your misunderstanding of the English language.  If you're going to shill your scam in these parts, at least put some effort into learning how we speak, lest ye sound like a misguided kindergartner (actually, kindergartners speak the language better than you do).  Trust me, Google Translate is not your friend!
