Left message saying my verizon account was cancelled. Called back and got robo message saying "You have reached a reserved number for Anthem" and then call was disconnected

Tired of robo calls

Called, left no msg. Now blocked.

Automatic call said my phone was suspended and to reactivate press 1. Then it pushed me to a personsaying they were from Verizon and wanted to let me know there was a planned outage and asked for my zip code. When I asked questions they hung up. When I called back a message said "You have reached a reserved number for Anthem". Not sure of the scam of if they did not get the info needed.

Called just now, left no message.

Recording called stating my Verizon acct was suspended, pressed to talk to a rep. Like disconnected. Called number back, recording says reserved for anthem and hangs up. Number now blocked.

It’s a scam trying to purchase from your Verizon acct.  I called Verizon fraud.

This is a scam and it is someone working for Verizon or a former employee,  they perched a phone on my account. Had to file a police report.

Ok, I give up, how does one "perched a phone on my account"?

They  left msg as described by others. Blocked it.

Received a call, automated said my Verizon account was suspended and to press 1 for options. Pressed 1, and got a busy tone. I knew that my account couldn't be suspended, so i was curious. that's when i Googled the number and saw all the same responses. Crazy.

CID said TOLL FREE CALL.  No message left.  Sure signs of a SCAMMER.  I never answer the phone unless the caller is in my contact list.  Ignored.

Same experience as others. So tired of scam & telemarketer calls!!!

Verizon fake, spam. Unintelligible foreigner.

Like the others I answered this 800 number and told my account was cut off. I pressed the 2 to speak to a rep but nobody there.

Obviously a scam.  The number was spoofed.  The call was not from Verizon even though the recording said it was.

Got the same msg as above.  However when I wouldn't give him my zip codevor city he cussed me out and hung up.  Beware

This number called me & said my account had been suspended, press 1 for something and 2 for customer service... I know it’s not true my account is paid in full
