left no message

Called and left no voice mail.  I guess they dont care or are trying to catch me with my pants down.  Sneeky!!!

LVM saying I owed money.  Left a number, extension and reference number and mumbled some company name.  Not calling back - if anyone needs you to pay something they will send you something by mail!!!  Don't ever give out your information over the phone, even if its just your date of birth!

I'm also in no debt, which proves why this is a scam call.

This number called and left two messages on my answering machine. I called the number back and got a recording for "West Asset Management". I do have a student loan in collections with this company (since Jan 2009). I have no idea why they're calling my home number instead of my cell. Just so everyone knows they are a REAL company. They are a debt collection company. But just as "not calling back" said: they will send you something in the mail regarding your account! They send me a monthly letter explaining my payment plan and amount owed. I'd call back and check it out-- they might have the wrong number. And if they say you owe and you know that you don't, tell them to send you a letter in the mail and you can dispute the debt. Good luck everyone!

Called twice and left no voice mail message.

A lady named JoAnn identified herself from Asset Mgmt and said this was an attempt to collect a debt.  She left this call back number but everytime I've tried to call back they have a message saying they are unavailable.  I have no outstanding debt that I am aware of.

This number has called my parents house looking for me several times..  I havent lived with my parents in fifteen years and certainly never gave a soul my parents phone number.  This is definately strange.

Person called "Ashley Ellis" called business office looking for the owner for a "personal business matter."

Rule 1 - No such thing as a Personal Business matter.  If so they would call the persons home number.

She mentioned "West Asset Management"

These people called me at first using phone # 800-293-8973 and I rejected this #, they start using this phone#
631-593-4163. So people be aware of them using other phone #'s, it's the same so called company West Assest Managerment. The address is ( 2701 N. US Highway 75 / Sherman, TX. 75090 ). Stay alert people because if you stay in a area, They use that phone area code to target young and elderly people. Stay sharpe Americans. These people are non caring and money ruthless.
