Third time this call bot rang us. Was home today. "Pressed 1 to speak to AN AGENT."   Asked for someone unheard of and we've had this telephone number 40 years. Been on the DNC directory 12 years.  Supposedly a collections agency.   Advised them I was DNC and all calls are recorded. "PLEASE Call us again!!! Going to charge under FCRA and NCPA. .

Too bad when you signed up for the DNC that you didn't take the time to read what it covers and doesn't cover.  Not surprisingly, since debt collectors do not sell anything, they are not covered, especially since they have their own special law.  You cannot charge a debt collection company under the FCRA and I have no idea what the NCPA is, but if such a law actually exists, it certainly doesn't have anything to do with debt collection.  Maybe you should take the time to actually is?
