800-300-2246

Received call from 800 300 2246 saying they were the Nature Conservancy.  Wanted a $100 donation and listed my previous donations.  I did not donate to this called.  Glad I did not.

That is odd, as TNC has never done that. Everything I get is through the mail. So glad I didn't answer.

Figures this would be The Nature Conservancy.  For some reason, a year or two ago, I've started getting slammed by these jokers by mail.  The first one being a letter thanking me for a donation of $150 from my 401K, which I did not provide.  I had to check with my plan administrator to make sure this wasn't something they approved on my behalf and without my consent.  The plan administrator said that it is a scam and that no one with my 401K plan would approve such a thing without my expressed permission.  That's all good.  I sure do wish they'd STOP BOTHERING ME!!!

Did not answer call, no voicemail left.  SO GLAD I checked on this number because The Nature Conservancy has actually been leaving valid messages recently.
