Supposedly the call is from Verizon but it's not.
I get a call around 11 am everyday and it's an automated message asking for someone else.

Calls and leaves no message.

It is in fact Verizon.  This appears to be a direct line into a department that handles address verification when paper statements come back undeliverable.  They called me earlier today and I called back and gave them no information other than the my account number and they were able to verify the rest (I was skeptical and wanted to make sure they were really Verizon).  These calls are the result of a paper statement from Verizon being returned by the post office as undeliverable.

If you see this number calling and you don't have a Verizon account, answer and let them know that so that they can remove your phone number from their records and stop calling you.
