This number sends out recorded messaged from RMS, which is a collection agency.

This is a SCAM. It's a recorded message claiming to be RMS, a collection agency. It tells you to press 1 and then it rings and rings. Sometimes someone answers, but often it rings and then disconnects. When I finally did get to talk to an actual person he claimed that I owed $38 to a company that I do purchase clothing from online. He also knew my last order that I placed. I kindly asked him to email me a copy of the order he is referring to and he complied, but never did. I called the company that he claimed I owed money to and they told me my account is in good standing. I checked out RMS on the internet and there is no office in Canada with the address the recorded message provides. Since this person has my full name and knows where I shop online and has copies of my order, I called the police and reported a fraud/scam. They have since looked into it and should be putting a stop to it. If anyone gets a call from this number DO NOT give your personal information. All he wants is your credit card number so that he can use it!!!
