My personal cell phone rang, I picked up the line but did not utter a greeting.  No one spoke.  The call ended at 29 seconds.  From a business line I called the number back and reached an anonymous message:  thank you for calling...special promotion for select callers....if you are over 50 press 1, if not  press 2....I pressed the star key and heard:  hello and congratulations....free medical alert device, press 1 now or remain on the line to speak to a licensed insurance agent.  I did not press anything.  Then I heard, hello this is Jessica on a recorded line, can you hear me?  I said, "What company are you with?  Jessica replied, but did not state what business she represents, she explained about the FREE device.  Jessica is non-human.
