Claims to be a bank called from cell phone (kansas area code, 913-563-5535), said "it is important you contact us" in a terminal manner.  I don't bank with them: it's a scam.  1-800-304-7265 (Community Bank)

Left message for another name, says it's Comenity bank about Victoria secret account. Left the 800-304-7265 to call back with very long extension to enter.  No records in google search on number being Comenity bank, smells like a scam, instead of just a wrong number.

Left a message from Comenity bank about my "business with Victoria Secret."  Called from Denver, CO area code 720-456-3773 but said to call back 800-304-7265.  I've never had a credit card or "business" with Victoria Secret or Comenity Bank.  BEWARE...smells like a scam.

“This is a message for Tonya, Tonya my name is Francis Bates with Comenity Bank calling in reference to health for diamonds preferred please return my call my number is 800-304-7265 option one extension 124-6340 again my number is 800-304-7265 select option one and down my direct extension 151-0438”

I’m a guy not named Tonya and Francis can’t remember her extension.
Another vm from a couple days ago:

“This message is trying to reach Tonya my name is Grace from Comenity Bank and I'm calling regarding the Helzberg diamonds Tonya I'm calling regarding an important situation that was placed with me for handling and I need you to call today to discuss your situation and options I a.m. in the office today till 6 PM Eastern or I'm also usually in the office Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern time and you can reach me at 800-304-7265 choose option one to put my direct extension and they will not transfer you to me and my direct extension is 151-4097 again the only way that you can directly contact me is by calling 800-304-7265 choose option one and my direct extension is 151-4097 and again this message is trying to reach Tonya please return my call as soon as possible…”

Received voicemail for a Jacob from Mr. Loyola from Kay Jewelers Information with Comenity Bank. Gave me the 1-800-304-7265 number to call back. Option 1 direct extension 1510337. My name's not Jacob, never did business with Kay Jewelers and have no clue who Comenity Bank is.

call from Tammy at " Community Bank"  requesting an urgent call back in regards to Kay Jewlers account.  call came from 208 719-3265 but asked to call her back at 800 304-73265 ext 1513483.

The bank is Comenity Bank and they issue the Kay Jeweler's credit cards.

Not a scam. It is Comenity Bank and the issue cards for Kay, Victorias Secret, and many others.

Voicemail that I could barely decipher. Other callers say Comenity Bank. I know this is a scam because my Forever21 account is NOT behind and I don't have any other cards with them.

Someone named Rose called my father looking for me about "an important business matter" and would not explain. Asked him to get a message to me to call back at 800-304-7265 ext 1512874. A quick Google search led me to this thread. I don't bank with Community/Comenity and have no cards through them. Further, I am 42 yrs old and do not list my father in personal or business accounts. This is surely a scam.

Called asking for my father that I haven't had any contact with for over 30 years. They said they have very important business and that's all.  When I tell them I haven't had contact with my father in over 30 years, they said that I should contact him and tell him to call them or this debt could be passed off to me.  My response, "Uh....lady bye."

Just got a call from this number.  Aggressive tone,  asking for my daughter.  My daughter is disabled with the mentality of a 5 year old.  She doesn't bank with anyone.

I have received multiple calls and messages from "Comenity/Community Bank" It's always from a different caller who leaves a message for Bernard Wilson (don't know him, that's not me) and says they have an important business matter. The last message mentioned a Kay Jeweler account. They ask me to call the 1800 number and enter their direct extension. The messages have increasingly gotten more aggressive in tone also. I'm not Bernard, its not my account, I won't be calling them.

Just got a call from someone named Victoria I already don't remember but they called from "community back" about kay-jewlers trying to react my mom and and gave me the numbers and extentions  but I'm sure my mom doesn't get her jewelry from there

After speaking with a representative from the Comenity customer care team, if you are not related to the account, they advise to call 800-888-1726 and request that they remove your phone number from their auto dialer system.

Is this a legit number or scam?

She set up a payment program for my Bealls Outlet credit card, but I have a feeling I was scammed.... She said her name is Jordan and gave me a phone number with long extension (800-304-7265/Ext:1511009)and I try to call, and they hang up. If I try to call without extension than someone answer with an accent and asking for my info. If you called me because I suppose to pay, than you have all my information, Scammer....
