do you constantly get a busy tone and are told to call later?

i just paid 17 dollars to recharge my card. It gave me 350 minutes to call to Italy. i made two phone calls to Italy (12 minutes each)and now its saying that i have only 42 minutes left while i should hve more than 300 minutes. can anyone explain this to me please? call me at 917 864 24 12

They call here all the time from this and other numbers, the caller I'd reads 800 Service

Repeat caller leaves garbled robo message about an auto warranty to be deducted from my checking account unless I cancel by calling 747-208-3546.  I don't have such a warranty.

I Never answer any unknown #'s.  Message left on phone from 1 800 317 2864, couldn't understand business name.  Said time for renewal, an automatic withdrawal from my account in the amount of $599.99 for 3 years would be taken unless I press 1 or call this number to cancel!  Is this a scam or what!?!

Yes, of course it is! A real company with auto renewal does it automatically. They don't call to tell you they're going to do it.
