i got a from this steve guy and he said its about a PMC national city card and he was the rudest person ever, he was yelling and very rude. i never even had an account with PMC nation city i only delt with chase bank. he told him not to contact my place of employment and he refused to remove my work number

When he calls again, get his name and address, send a certified letter stating that you only give permission to be contacted via mail, that should they contact you via phone at home or your place of employment you will "file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for harassment."

'Steve Bell' called our house looking for my D-I-Ls mother stating it was really important she call him. I did a Google search and found these complaints. She says he calls her day & night. What's his problem?

A man named Steve Bell just called me and left a message stating it was urgent to call him back.  I did and he wanted personal information to look up my account.  He would not tell me where he was calling from and didnt' know anything about me even though I called him back within 2 minutes.  He was extremely rude and sounded like he was trying to fraudulate me.
