Please don't post your personal phone number on an open forum such as this. Post reported for removal.
If you have an issue with your AT&T, contact them at a known phone number, such as the one on your bill or on their official website.

They said my bill was returned undeliverable and my address needed updated that I could do at ATT.com or by calling 1-800-321-2000 to insure my continued service.  I auto pay and it's paid for this month.  My bill from ATT does not show that number anywhere.  Another annoying call.

I answered the call because it was through a local phone number.  It was a recorded message saying I had to update my address by calling 800-321-2000 because they had sent several "mailings" to my address and they had come back as no one living there.  Which is odd because I have been receiving the UVerse bills just fine.  I don't have a phone or cable services, so I am going to disregard.

This wasn't a call. The number was listed in an email that looked like it was from AT&T saying I had just changed my password and contact phone numbers. It is not AT&T.

    1.  You cannot be billed for incoming calls unless you accept the charges (collect calls).
    2.  You would never be billed for a call to or from a toll free number.
    3.  Don't make stuff up.  Lying is against the TOS.
    4.  Post reported.

They had my company name right but asked for Jennifer. They informed me that two of my company phones would have to be swapped out because they were G2 instead of G3 and they were discontinuing service to those. I told them I would take care of it in person at my closest dealer. They said THAT dealer had a different billing system.

It's 2022 and the same number is showing up. Sheila with AT & T called to talk about my boss's new tablet.  800-321-2000. She didn't want to give me her number but said she would call back later.
Because I grew nosy after reading all of the comments, I called the number which was on caller ID and they have an almost identical musical tone that plays then a voice welcomed me. I've heard it enough to know it was not AT & T's. I hung up.

Same as other reports. Someone from India calling himself "Alan" wanted to talk about old 4G phones on the account, but did not want to be transferred to the voice mail of the person that might handle that. Total scam and the called ID is likely spoofed.
