It's harassment plain and simple. They should not leave a false name. If  it's AmeriCredit, then they need to state that. One phone call and one message should suffice. A late payment should not generate such aggravation.

These people are calling from 704/632-6046 leaving the 800 number to call back. They want a call back before 8pm est. When you call it states gm financial

Stop the calls they call all day & night I just got this phone I'm not the person they want even after telling this they still call

Calls and only leaves a number to call "by 8 pm today" with no name of company or who is calling. Found out it is GM Financial. Starts harassing calls when payment is a few days late.

Call from this number, I have ni dealings with Ameri Credit. Only people I owe is car note and student loan.

NEVER LEAVES WHY THEY ARE CALLING JUST WANT YOU TO CALL BACK

Very unprofessional message was left.  They were calling my office and left the 800-325-3930 but didn't say who they were with.  Just keep saying hello...  If they are Americredit from all the comment on here are leading me to believe, I don't have nor have had anything to do with Americredit.

Person called left voicemail. Said call by 8P.M. did not leave a name

Well if you owe them money than yes, they will keep calling.  If you don't owe them money then you should be sending them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter.
