    I keep getting calls from this number and I've never heard of Apria healthcare. Never done business with them directly, or otherwise..

    WHAT?! Your comment doesn't even make sense but YES, it IS Apria Healthcare and they ARE legit.  They have the automated system get you on the line and then a live person comes on to handle business with you. I googled the number and got this page when I had a missed call from them.  Since I then knew who they were I answered right away when they called back. Turns out I had skipped one of my monthly payments without realizing it. They were very professional and totally understood. I am sending a double payment this month to cover it and they didn't even charge me a late fee! It pays to talk to them and work with them. Better than getting sent to collections!!!

    It is Apria....they calling cuz they say they not getting insurance payments...when I take time out of my day(this happens every month) and call Insurance (Regence Traditional) they say they have paid...I am tired of getting dunning calls from people with such thick accents it is hard to understand, and when I do understand they say I have to pay or give CPAP machine back.  When I follow through with local APRIA, they say I don't have to pay and not to answer this call.  I have spent hours trying to straighten this out and the people at the end of the incoming call have no authority and no second level to elevate call to.  It is just a colossal waste of time!!

    Despite my telling them that they have the wrong number, they call me 3 times in a half an hour each and every single day! I've had enough. The people calling are from a call center overseas and they don't understand a darn thing you tell them.

    company states it's apria health care, but husband spoke with real apria healthcare and they state their callcenter will always come across as APRIA healthcare on caller ID and should be an 888 number.
